FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY

• Mechanicals: The Stanley Works warrants the mechanical aspects of the products to be free from deficiencies in materials and workmanship for as long as the original residential user of the product occupies the premises in which this product was originally installed.
  
  
• Finish: The Stanley Works warrants that the finish of the product will not tarnish, corrode or discolor for as long as the original residential user of the product occupies the premises in which the product was originally installed.
  
  
• Remedy: In the event of substandard performance resulting from material or workmanship, return the product to the distributor or retailer from whom it was purchased. ORIGINAL PURCHASER'S exclusive remedy under this FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY is replacement, repair, or refund of the original purchase price.
  
  
• Severability Of Provisions: If any provision or part of a provision of this FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions, all of which will remain in force.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Stanley warrants this product to the original purchaser for its useful life (not to exceed one year for products with electrical or electronic components) against deficiencies in material and workmanship. This LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY does not cover products that are improperly used,. abused, altered or repaired. Deficient products will be replaced or repaired, at Stanley's discretion. In addition, any Architectural Hardware items trademarked with "Lifespan," are covered by a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY for the life of the building in which the products were originally installed. THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND EXCLUDES ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY gives you specific legal rights that may vary from state to state.
